What really happened to children in Rio during the Olympics? Watch Monica’s story.

The youth worker tells us of inhumane overcrowding in juvenile detention centres during the Games. In one crowded cell on the day of the Olympic opening ceremony, a fire broke out. Two boys died, with seven others being severely burned.
