#DrawAttention to Human Rights around

Mega Sporting Events

Have you heard about the dark side of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ in Brazil?

Did you know that around thousand homes were torn down and 12 275 people in 24 communities were forcibly moved to make way for the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ and 2016 Olympic facilities in Rio?

This is just an example of human rights violations that can happen around Mega Sporting Events.

Be a human rights hero and #DrawAttention to these violations!

In occasion of the 1st European Games to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan in June 2015, we call for your mobilisation:

As part of the Sport and Rights Alliance, Children Win calls for your Artwork (cartoon, illustration, caricature or any other visual representation) that would best capture how any past or future Mega Sporting Event impacts on a series of human rights, including children’s rights, before, during and after the events.
